This hasp contains larger jaws, allowing it to more comfortably fit around slightly larger energy sources than other hasps such as the 25mm jaw.
Lockout hasps such as this one are used to clamp an energy source firmly in place and prevent operation. Once secured, the hasp can then hold up to six individual padlocks, thus holding it firmly in place and ensuring that anyone working on the job is represented by their own padlock.
The device itself is made of strong, high tensile steel, has six holes for padlocks, and is coated with a vinyl sheen for extra visibility and increased grip. It’s also easy to operate and lock, making it an ideal solution for LOTO procedures.
