This device is used to secure the lever of ball valves firmly in place, either in a closed or operating position depending on your needs. This is the only ball valve in store that can lock ball valves into their on position.

The design of this product means it is suitable for attachment to most international ball valves with a max handle length of 7 and a half inches, and the design of the product also ensures it doesn’t damage fingers during application.

To lock this device in place, the slider part of the device is slid forward, thus securing the device against a ball valve and preventing operation. Once installed, a padlock and tag can then be added, thus securing the device and completing the LOTO procedure.

When properly secured, turning of a valve is impossible.
