Unlike the smaller model in this range, this product is only able to secure a valve in a locked out position, and prevents operation of the valve once installed.
If you need a valve lockout that forces a valve to stay in the open position, the smaller model is a better option.
This product can be installed on ball valves with handles of up to 10 inches, and when applied completely stops the valve from being turned. The devices are easy to apply, can be secured with padlocks/tags and are also resistant to extreme weather and temperature conditions.
The valve lockouts are also made of highly durable materials with finger friendly designs, and are resistant to cracking and abrasions.
