Masterlock 496B Universal Wall Switch Lockout
Suitable for use with both toggle and paddle wall switches, this lockout fixes the switch in the off/on position and prevents operation.
The lockout is easy to install - either remove the screws from a switch cover and insert into the lockout or use the adjustable hinges to securely attach. Once done, attach a lockout padlock and a warning label (included) to show that lockout is enforced.
