Lockout Lock Universal Valve Lockouts

PLEASE NOTE the LT-UVL-2SA cannot be used as a cable lockout but the LT-UVL-C-LA can be used for this purpose. However; these are modular instruments which can be customised to suit a range of applications through the addition of accessories, for example, the addition of cables for cable lockout applications. Please contact our sales team for further information.

Each of the above universal valve lockouts is constructed from industrial grade stainless steel and nylon; this ensures that these lockouts can be used in a variety of environments as they are chemical and corrosion resistant.  In addition to this, the Lockout Lock Universal Valve Lockouts have a special PVC grade and its stainless steel components are embedded into the lockout, further protecting them from the elements and extending these products' scope-for-use.

These Lockout Lock Universal Valve Lockouts can be used to secure a wide variety of valves:

• Butterfly valves: clamp attaches to lever preventing the trigger handle from being operated
• Three-, four and five-way valves: (can ONLY be locked out with additional arms, available in various sizes) two blocking arms can be used to secure these valves
• Gate valves: can ONLY be locked out with a cable attachment

The Lockout Lock Universal Valve Lockouts’ open-ended clamps can also be used to secure closed rings, wide handles, large-levers, T-handles and other difficult to secure machinery.

The Lockout Lock Universal Valve Lockouts can be easily adapted to perform multiple functions making them versatile, as well as durable and lightweight instruments.
