These hasps are built of electroplated steel and also include an aluminium rivet which allows the dual scissor action of the device to work.
When connected together, each end of this device forms an opening which can be used to connect to an energy source. One end of the device has a larger opening with a width of 45mm, while the other end of the device has a 20mm opening.
Once attached to an energy source as part of a lockout procedure, these scorpio hasps can be secured in place by using up to six individual padlocks.
