Use this large box to lockout electrical switches with handles in a 90 degree position. The box itself is able to fit around switches that fall within the dimensions below, and the lever can easily be positioned through the box to be fixed completely in place and stop changes.
The unit consists of a base plate and box housing unit which can be secured to an electrical panel by using two padlocks. This then prevents switches from being operated unless the lockout is removed completely.
