Square Electrical Panel Switch Lockout - Large

This adhesive box allows you to completely lock out access to switches on electrical panels, preventing them from being activated/deactivated depending on the scenario.

The product is two parts that are easily fitted together.  The first part of this product is an adhesive base plate, which fits around the switch on the electrical panel. The second part of this product is a large box that fits onto the base plate, which is then secured in place by using up to two padlocks.

This then prevents access to the switch, and the box will stay in place until someone unlocks it.
