Use these tags when locking out equipment to inform others that the item that's locked out should not be restarted.
The tags provide a clear warning that there's danger if the equipment is reactivated and include a large size text warning which says 'Do Not Start'. On the reverse side these tags also include space for entering the name of the person who enforced the lockout plus a date.
