Secure a gate valve lockout with a rising stem using this lockout.
To use, simply clip the two sections apart and fit around the valve. The lockout can be adjusted as needed to fit various valve sizes. A special cutout section in the middle of the lockout is designed to let the rising stem of the valve through.
To secure in place, clip the two parts together then attach up to five padlocks (sold separately).
