This gate valve lockout consists of two halves which can be secured around a gate valve and rotated freely. Once secured, the device will rotate, but the valve underneath will not, thus preventing operation.
The device can be used with gate valves with diameters of 25mm to 165mm (1 inch x 6.5 inch) and is easily adjusted to fit around any valve that is within these parameters.
Constructed of highly durable polypropylene, this device is also temperature resistant, is compact and can be used in multiple applications including industrial settings.
