ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock

The ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock is optimised for higher-level security applications and is suitable for use in severe weather conditions.  

This keyed different padlock is ideal for securing containers, lorries, and cellar doors. It can also be used in conjunction with ABUS chains (not included).  However, PLEASE NOTE that the ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock is not the extent of ABUS’ ABUS 90RK TITALIUM™ Padlock range. Other models, including keyed alike and master key designs, are available; please call our sales team with your specific requirements for further details and/or for a tailored quotation.

The ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock is constructed from a TITALIUM™ body and stainless steel shackle. Its TITALIUM™ (an alloy developed by ABUS and consisting of titanium and aluminium) body ensures that this product is both strong and lightweight, whilst its double-bolted, stainless steel shackle with shackle guard provides this padlock with high resistance to pulling and torsion and protects it from bolt cutter attacks.

In addition to adding to the ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock’s physical strength, the composition of its body and shackle also help to protect it from corrosion and rust, making this padlock suitable for use in coastal and port areas.

As well as its physical strength and resilience the ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock also includes internal features which work to improve its level of security. For example, this padlock is key retaining; this feature reduces the risk of the user accidentally leaving the padlock open as the padlock will not release the key until it is fully closed. Moreover, the ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock also includes a precision pin cylinder and paracentric keyway, both of which help to protect it against tampering.

Finally, the ABUS 90RK/50 TITALIUM™ Padlock is also versatile. Its precision pin cylinder can be removed and exchanged or re-keyed, ensuring that this padlock can be easily integrated into existing security systems.
