ABUS 64 TITALIUM™ Padlock

The 64 range of ABUS’ TITALIUM™ Padlocks is available in the eleven standard models above. However; other models are available, please contact our sales team with your specific requirements for a tailored quote. 

These standard models vary in regards to their dimensions; all bar one of these models are keyed different.

All of ABUS’ 64 TITALIUM™ Padlocks’ bodies are constructed from TITALIUM™, a unique alloy developed by ABUS which includes a combination of aluminium and titanium. This alloy ensures that these padlocks are both lightweight and strong.

The 64TIs' TITALIUM™ padlock bodies, combined with their chrome-plated cylinder plugs and hardened steel shackles with a Nano Protect coating, ensure that these padlocks remain resistant to the effects of the weather.

Further to this, these padlocks’ paracentric keyways make them resistant to picking and their shackles lock on both sides, improving their security.

All these padlocks have a CEN grade of two (standard security rating), although ABUS advise that within this range some models are more secure than others, as indicated by the ABUS GPS (Global Protection System) rating displayed in the table above. With regards to this ABUS advise that the 64TI/20 and 64TI/25 padlocks (and their variants)  are suitable for locking bags, suitcases and jewellery or tool boxes, whilst all other models (64TI/30 and above) are suitable for securing items of a medium value which have an average risk of theft.
